Steps to a TeleHealth Visit
TeleHealth visits are only available to established patients at this time
01. Contact Us
Contact our office and inform one of our team members them that you are interested in having a telehealth visit rather than an in-person visit. If you are not able to reach us, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.
04. Schedule TeleVisit
Our providers will have a separate telehealth schedule. So, the time and date of your TeleVisit may differ from the date and time of your originally scheduled appointment.
02. Technical Compatibility
Our team will talk you through all of the available options for your telehealth visit. At this time, our providers will be able to see you if you have a camera and microphone enabled device equipped with FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Skype,
05. Your TeleVisit
At or around the time of your scheduled televisit, a medical assistant will connect with you using the agreed upon application to begin your televisit. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and prepare all the information you would bring with you to a regular office visit.
03. Insurance Eligibility
Most insurance plans are covering telehealth services at this time. However, to be sure that you are not left with a bill, our team will check to make sure your telehealth visit will be covered. Please know that we are waving copayments related to your telehealth visit.
06. Follow Up
After your televisit, you will be contacted by a member of our team to schedule any necessary testing, if applicable, as well as an in-person follow up visit.
Disclaimer: If you have an unmet deductible, we are unable to conduct a telehealth visit with you at this time.
